The So Floral weekly posy - How does it work?


Each week we will select fresh seasonal florals from the Sydney Flower Market to deliver to your door. There are 3 posy sizes to choose from, small, medium and large, which are displayed on our posy sizes page if you would like a size reference and price guide. Floral colours and selection will vary each week depending on availablility. The posy will be displayed on our Website, Facebook and Instagram pages each Monday for you to see and pre-order for that week. Just let us know what date you would like the delivery to take place when you check-out. Orders must be placed by 4pm for next day delivery. Posy pricing includes gift wrapping with ribbon and a gift tag for you to add a personalised message at the checkout. There is also the option for you to add a clear glass cylinder vase for $20 at the checkout that will complement your posy. Delivery is free for orders placed in suburbs within a 5km radius of our Lane Cove studio. If you need delivery to a suburb outside the 5km radius there will be an extra charge, pricing is from $10-$20. What if I would like to order something more specific?


We have 3 bouquets we offer in 3 different sizes: Small $35, Medium $60, Large $80. Size references for these bouquets are on our Posy Sizes page in the shop. White Elegance - Seasonal white/cream tone florals with fresh green foliage for an elegant look for any occaision. Vibrant Colour Bouquet - A mix of bright/bold florals with an eclectic style emphasising colour and texture Native Classics - An Australian and South african Native floral arrangement Arrangements are wrapped and finished with ribbon and you can personalise your bouquet with one of our branded gift tags which is included in the bouquet price. These prices are not inclusive of delivery. Please check the cost of delivery to your suburb on our Delivery rates page. There is an option on our product page where you can list specific flowers that you would like us to use in the bouquet. This also depends on flower availability and flower price at the time of your order, therefore costs may vary. We will notify you by email to let you know if your flower choice is available at the time of your order or if there may be an extra charge due to high demand and availability. There is also an option for you to add a vase at the checkout for $20 to complement your bouquet. Does So Floral Design and Styling cater for special events?


Yes, please contact us with your enquiry for your special event and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please go to our contact page and send us an email or give us a call regarding your event. We advise you give us as much notice as possible so we can fulfill your special requirements for your event.




How can I care for my flowers?


Each order comes with these tips for keeping your florals looking fresh for up to 1 week or more. - If your order is wrapped, remove flowers from wrapping - Select a clean vase and half fill with luke warm water - Cut stems 2cm on an angle and immediately put in water - Clean vase with detergent and change water every 2-3 days, re-cut the stems too - Place flowers out of direct sunlight, heat or draughts so they don't wilt - Enjoy your flowers!




Can I change or cancel my order?


If you have placed an order for next day delivery and have a change you would like to make, please notify us ASAP via our contact page, or at the latest by 4pm, and we will endevour to change your order to suit your requirements. We don't accept order cancellations but can issue a credit note for you to use at a later date.





DELIVERY & SHOP HOURS

When and where we deliver


Delivery is free to suburbs within a 5km radius of our Lane cove Studio. A Delivery fee applies to suburbs outside the 5km radius. Please refer to our delivery rates page for a detailed pricelist and suburb listings. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm and on Saturday from 9am - 4pm. If you need a delivery to be made at any other time please let us know and we will make every effort to organise this for you. It will incurr an additional charge for this service, the rate will depend on your requirements and location of the delivery. Unfortunately we can't give you an exact time of when you could expect your delivery as it will depend on our delivery schedule and specific locations for that day. If you need your delivery by a specific time please let us know when you place your order and we will endevour to make sure you recieve it at your specified time. Next day delivery - Please place your order by 8pm the previous day Pre-Orders - Please advise us of the date you would like your order delivered and we will arrange for your delivery to take place on this day




Our hours of operation and delivery


We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm. We are closed on Public holidays. If you need a delivery service outside of these hours there will be an additional charge, the rate will depend on your requirements and the location of the delivery. Please let us know via our contact page or when you place your order and we will make every effort to organise this for you.




Delivery rates by suburb radius


Delivery is free on orders placed within a 5km radius of our Lane Cove studio. Orders placed in suburbs outside of this radius will be charged a Delivery fee. 5-10km - $10 10-20km - $15 20 - 30km - $20 Please go to our Delivery rates page where we have suburb radius listings so you can enter your required delivery fee at the checkout. If your suburb is not listed please let us know before you checkout to ensure we can make the delivery to you.




Do you deliver to Hospitals, Hotels, Shops or Offices?


Yes, we can deliver to these places for you in addition to deliveries to private homes. The same delivery fees apply by suburb radius. You can check these fees on our Delivery rates page so you can enter the required fee at the checkout.




What happens if the recipient is not at home to recieve the delivery?


If possible we would like you to choose a delivery day and time when you know the recipient will be home to accept the delivery. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, at your request we will leave the flowers in a safe place specified by you which is cool and shaded. So Floral Design and Styling take no reponsibility if an order goes missing or is damaged as a result of your request. If the delivery cannot be left safely a re-delivery can be organised for the following day at an additional charge of $25. If we are delivering to a business office and the recipient is unavailable or not there to recieve the delivery, it will be left with reception.
